About Artist

My name is Sarah Mariam Yi.

Born in 1967

Came to USA in 1985 from Korea

I have B.F.A from Maryland Institute College of Art 1995.

I have been taught by best teachers in America.

I am a full time artist.

I paint mostly abstracts.

I also paint seascape, landscape and portrait.

I am very much in to colors. I am more into truth of color than beauty of color. I painted mostly abstracts when I was in college. After graduated from Maryland Institute College in 1995 I have been study colors passionately.

She was born in South Korea, and came to the USA in 1985. After graduating from the Maryland Institute, College of Art in 1995. She has studied portraits under Cedric Egeli, Joanette Hoffmann Egeli. She has done over 1000's portraits from life.
